An estimator for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Expression of Interest (EOI) ranking score, built to the province's official 1,000-point, six-factor grid. This is the score Manitoba uses to rank everyone in the pool and decide who gets a Letter of Advice to Apply.

Manitoba does not publish a fixed cutoff. As a rough guide, recent general EOI draws have often required scores in the 600s, while targeted and strategic draws invite by initiative, so a 500-point Manitoba Demand connection can carry an otherwise modest profile.
